The Merchants Consortium, LLC (TMC) is a joint venture company comprised of three members - H.E. Butt Grocery Company, Meijer Incorporated and Wegmans Food Markets. The Merchants Consortium facilitates the sharing of strategies and best practices across the membership and coordinates projects and purchases that benefit the members. Best of all, our members remain independent and responsive to the needs of their local markets.

    Since its inception, TMC has generated significant benefits for the members - both quantitative and qualitative.
